Pre Design / Design Phase

  • Assist Owners & Designers with program development 

  • Review progress drawings and specifications

  • Perform constructability reviews

  •  Assist with preparation of front end specifications

  • Review construction documents (drawings and specifications) for completeness

  • Recommend Project Delivery Methods

  • Recommend construction sequencing and phasing

  • Recommend project management and CPM scheduling software packages

Bid Solicitation & Procurement Phase

  • Assist with Bidder Selection

  • Review viability and qualifications of
    potential bidders

  • Preparation of bid solicitation
    documents

  • Advertise project to prospective bidders

  • Review bid packages

  • Review bids

  • Negotiate pricing, schedule, terms
    and conditions of bids

  • Perform Bid leveling

  • Perform Bidder Interviews and scope reviews

  • Review strength and capabilities of
    bidder's proposed team members. 

Construction Phase 

  • Set Meeting Schedule

  • Assist with or run progress meetings

  • Review minutes, recommend actions

  • Produce and distribute meeting minutes

  • Review CPM Baseline schedule and
    make recommendations

  • Recommend CPM phasing and work breakdowns

  • Review payment requisitions for completeness and accuracy

  • Review proposed change orders for
    completeness and accuracy

  • Negotiate pricing, schedule and terms
